Order Cancellation

No Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled due to the custom nature of our handmade products.

Returns

Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the damage and, if applicable, initiate a process for a replacement. The damaged product must be returned in its original packaging.

Strict No-Return Policy: Due to the bespoke nature of our handmade items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage during transit.

Refunds

Eligibility: Refunds are only processed based on damage during transit. Once the damaged product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges as our products are made to order and tailored to individual specifications.

Product Variations: Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations in design, color, and size. These are not considered flaws and do not qualify for returns or refunds.
